Brookside Park

Brookside Park is an apartment complex, located in the south central area of the City of Atlanta, Georgia. It was developed as a nine-building complex targeting families. There are 200 apartments on 14.36 acres, and the property has washer and dryer hook-ups in each apartment, a community room, pool, patios, playground and picnic area. Construction was started in December of 2003. Brookside began renting in January of 2005. On an annual basis, the property is expected to generate $476,267 of Georgia Credits.
